Community Safety Co-ordinators
There are 14 Neighbourhood Policing Teams (NPTs) in Manchester. Each NPT covers one or more wards and each has a Community Safety Co-ordinator who works closely with the Police and other agencies. Their contact details are given below. Reporting a crime
• In an emergency, call 999
• For non emergency calls or to report a crime, including anti social behaviour and abandoned vehicles, call 0161 872 5050
• You can report a crime anonymously and in confidence to Crimestoppers, by calling 0800 555 111.
Reporting fly tipping or graffiti
To report fly tipping, litter, graffiti, abandoned/burned out cars and dumping of rubbish, call 0161 954 9000.
Reporting anti-social behaviour
If you are a home owner or private tenant experiencing anti-social behaviour call the Antisocial Behaviour Action Team in confidence on 0161-234-4612.
