Hate Crime Awareness Week 2020 - Grants available

The Community Safety Team is delighted to announce the the launch of our HCAW 2020 Grants scheme which is now open for applications.  You can apply for £500 on behalf of your group or community to put on event or project to raise awareness of hate crime or celebrate diversity.  

We are once again working with Macc who will support and administer the grant scheme.  Full details and criteria is available here (external website).  The deadline for applications is Wednesday 13th November 2019 (midday).  Good luck.     



Manchester Community Safety Partnership brings together: Manchester City Council; Greater Manchester Police; Offender Services; the NHS; Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service; housing providers; the Universities and voluntary and community groups.

It also provides you with a link to your local Neighbourhood Police Team and shows you how you can get involved in volunteering in Manchester.
