Information on Manchester’s draft Alcohol Strategy 2008 - 2011 and Consultation Questionnaire

The Alcohol Strategy for 2008 - 2011 aims to identify the problems and challenges alcohol misuse presents to the City of Manchester for individuals, families, and communities. It will also suggest how we can best address these challenges. The Manchester Drug & Alcohol Strategy Team has written the draft Strategy in consultation with the Primary Care Trust, Greater Manchester Police, and the Licensing Team, and it is designed specifically so that you can have your say.

Don’t suffer with Fireworks nuisance
Manchester City Council has a dedicated hotline, which you can call after the 15 October to report illegal use of fireworks, unlicensed and underage sales or for the removal of bonfires and fireworks.
